My boys are 9 mo, 3 and 4. They love coming to swim 2x a week. At first they were nervous but Mariela knows exactly how to motivate and challenge them while keeping things fun.

Mariela is absolutely amazing with our girls . She provides focused lessons with structure. In one summer she taught my 3 year old how to swim ! Can’t wait to start lessons this year and continue swim safety with our girls .

Mariela taught both of my daughters how to swim and they have both now moved onto the local swim team where they are excelling. As a new father I was petrified of having my first daughter drown in our back yard pool. Starting when she was 2 years old, in a matter of weeks Mariela had my daughter pool safe so she could survive if she accidentally fell into the pool, and in a few months she had her able to swim entire laps in the pool. Amazing! When my second daughter came along I knew she would also be in great hands with Mariela. Sure enough Mariela quickly had my youngest pool safe and shortly thereafter she developed her into a true swimmer. Mariela is able to speak to kids calmly and make them feel secure while at the same time effectively motivating them to do their best. Mariela is truly a star and I cannot recommend her enough!
